With the Foundation for Youth Awerness (TIA), we equip young people with the knowledge and skills that help them integrate into their communities, make them more aware of societal issues, and encourage active civic participation.

We achieve this through skill-building programmes and trainings based on direct, hands-on experience.

What do we do for young people?

• We offer free trainings and skill-building workshops;

• Through our mentroing programme, we provide financial and professional support to youth communities to help them implement their own ideas;

• We provide them with international opportunities and support their participation in youth exchanges and trainings across Europe;

• We promote conscious and safe partying using creative and gamified tools;

• In our community office, we provide space for their own programmes and for building their communities;

• We develop games that help them strengthen their skills related to active citizenship;

• We organise events for them: regular board-game nights, film clubs,  public and cultural events where young people can grow together as a community;

• We include them in the planning and implementation of our events to ensure that we create opportunities they genuinely need and care about.
